Shipping policy

Below you will find the FAQ for our shipping polic.

Currently we only ship domestically. We plan on expanding once COVID-19 delays are stopped.

Most of our items will ship out within 24-48hrs after processing which is 1-2 business days.

Use this text to answer questions in as much detail as possible for your customers.

Returns and exchanges

Our return and exchange policy is detailed further on our Return & Exchange Page but for quick answers read below.

Sorry, No due to the nature of each product there are no returns; if there is any type of issue (damage) with your order please follow the steps within the return portal.

Tracking & Shipments

Basic Facts & Information regarding how tracking and shipping works.

Right after your order is placed , your tracking number  is printed and emailed to your email, this DOES NOT mean your order has shipped that day. That means your order has began processing (processing starts the next business day ) Once your order has been processed it will now head to the post office which can take 1-3 business days for them to update and scan. Unless stated otherwise. 

We understand this can be a frustrating situation, and we are always here to help the best that we can, but we do not work directly with our couriers therefore we cannot justify why it was marked delivered but you are not seeing it/have it. We advise you to contact the courier and ask them if it was properly delivered to the correct address and/or start an investigation for a missing package. 

If your packaged was deemed "Undeliverable" and is received back to our warehouse, we can resend the package & a resend fee will apply up to $5.99 depending on the weight of your order.

Please do not attempt to contact us on our social media profiles - this is not a safe way to discuss your order/account details. Our fulfillment department is available M-F 8am - 6pm (Excluding Holidays) and respond within 1-3 Business Days.
